Jenna Rose Zierke DBA Continue Restoration ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Lead Forms.

Through Meta Lead Ads, we collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, which may include:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number

• Service interests (e.g., horse riding lessons, summer camps, or farm experiences)

• Any additional information you provide in response to custom form questions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through Meta Lead Forms for the following business purposes:

• To fulfill your request for information regarding our services and programs.

• To communicate with you via email or phone regarding scheduling, registration, and administrative updates.

• To send marketing communications and promotional materials, provided you have opted-in to receive them.

• To maintain internal records for business administration and legal compliance.

3. Telephone and SMS Communications (TCPA Compliance)

By providing your phone number and submitting a lead form, you provide express written consent to be contacted by Jenna Rose Zierke DBA Continue Restoration via phone call or text message for the purposes identified above. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP."

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Our services are intended for use by adults or by minors with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. All lead forms must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

EQUINE RELEASE, WAIVER and INDEMNIFICATION

The undersigned participant, and his/her parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18 years, does/do hereby execute this release, waiver, and indemnification for himself/herself/themselves and his/her, their heirs, successors, representatives, and assigns and thereby agree(s) and represents as follows: 

To release JennaRose Zierke DBA Continue Restoration, which is the operator of an equine stabling and training business, its principal member JennaRose Zierke, and their respective employees, agents, representatives and heirs, (all of the foregoing are hereinafter referred to as the "Releasees"), from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs, claims, and/or causes of action, including but not limited to all bodily injuries and property damage arising out of participation in equine activities, it being specifically understood that said activities include the handling of horses by the undersigned participant. The undersigned person(s) further agree(s) to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees for any liability, loss, damage, cost, claim, judgment or settlement which may be brought or entered against any of them as a result of the undersigned person's participation in said activity. 

WARNING

Under Nebraska Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to sections 25-21,249 to 25-21,253.

If involved in equine activities pursuant to sections 25-21,249 to 25-21,253 the undersigned(s) execute(s) this waiver of the undersigned's(s') rights to sue and agree(s) to assume all risks resulting from the "inherent risks of equine activities ". "Inherent risks of equine activities " is defined as those dangers or conditions that are an integral part of equine activities, including but not limited to: (i) the propensity of horses to behave in ways that may result in injury, harm, or death to persons on or around them; (ii) the unpredictability of a horse's reaction to such things as sounds, sudden movement, and unfamiliar objects, persons, or other animals; (iii) certain hazards such as surface and subsurface conditions; (iv) collisions with other animals or objects; and (v) the potential of a participant acting in a negligent manner that may contribute to injury to the participant or others, such as failing to maintain control over the horse or not acting within the participant's ability. 

This waiver shall remain valid unless expressly revoked by the participant or parent or legal guardian of a minor. The revocation shall be in writing which shall be delivered to the provider and shall become effective thirty days after delivery to the provider. 

The undersigned(s) should maintain all medical and health insurance needed to cover all risks of any kind in any place in livestock, equine, and/or other activities.  

I, the undersigned, will wear and use all safety equipment and ensure equipment is in good condition at all times.

HELMET WAIVER

The undersigned participant, does/do hereby execute this release, waiver, and indemnification for himself/herself/themselves and his/her, their heirs, successors, representatives, and assigns and thereby agree(s) and represents as follows: 

Helmets are required for all riders to wear. Helmets will not prevent injuries but they will help protect the head of the wearer in the case of an accident. Injuries are not likely while riding, but are always possible when around horses. Caution is the best preventative for injury. 

If you wish to not wear a helmet, please sign below stating that you understand you are choosing to not wear a helmet and therefore I, JennaRose DBA Continue Restoration, am not responsible for any injuries occurring due to not wearing a helmet. 

This waiver shall remain valid unless expressly revoked by the participant or parent or legal guardian of a minor. The revocation shall be in writing which shall be delivered to the provider and shall become effective thirty days after delivery to the provider. 

I, the undersigned, understand I am taking responsibility for my own safety and am choosing to forgo a helmet as safety equipment.

VIEWER AGREEMENT

I ask that anyone not participating in the lesson to refrain from entering the horse area. This includes the pen, the area around the hitching post and tack shed. I also ask that all refrain from helping or instructing the student. Questions are welcome to me before and after the lesson.

PHOTO RELEASE FORM

1. AUTHORIZATION: I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that JennaRose Zierke DBA Continue Restoration ("Provider") may take photographs or video recordings during equine activities, lessons, or events.

2. SELECTION OF CONSENT: Please choose ONE of the following options to indicate your preference regarding the use of these images for marketing, social media, and business purposes:

• FULL CONSENT: I grant the Provider permission to use the Participant’s image and likeness (including face) in any and all media, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

• LIMITED CONSENT (NO FACES): I grant the Provider permission to use photos of the Participant, provided their face is not identifiable (e.g., photos from behind, side profile with helmet, or "detail shots" of hands/reins).

• NO CONSENT: I do not grant permission for the Participant’s image to be used in any public-facing marketing or social media. (Photos may still be taken for private progress tracking shared only with the parent/guardian).

3. RELEASE OF CLAIMS: I hereby release and discharge the Provider from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the images as authorized above, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

4. COMPENSATION & OWNERSHIP: I acknowledge that I will receive no financial compensation for the use of these images and that all digital files and prints remain the property of the Provider.
